Zackary Forcum has been an active participate & facilitator in the performing arts for over 19 years. California born/raised, Forcum is the Artistic Director of OOMPH Dance Theater where they create work at the cross-roads of movement & narrative. They have worked with noted artists such as Jacqueline Burgess, Kara Davis, James Graham, Andrea Vonny Lee, Sonya Delwaide-Nichols, Sheldon Smith, Joe Landini, Danny Scheie, Sommer Ulrickson, Wax Poet(s) Collective, Paul Whitworth, & mentored by Shinichi Iova-Koga & Molissa Fenley. Forcum holds their MFA in Choreography & Performance from Mills College & BA in Theatre Arts from UC Santa Cruz. Forcum is also ODC’s Institutional Giving Manager & is a past Managing Director for Epiphany Dance Theater & CDEA Greater Board Member.
